7.0Location and size of room. Quiet as well.
− A staff who was reluctant to help me with lifting my suitcase when I was taking something out as she was opening the door to the luggage storage room at noon before I was able to check in as my room wasn’t yet ready.
I like my stay, enjoyable.
8.0Location is perfect, walking distance to most of the places. Tram and metro stations are very close. A clean room, and large enough for 1-2 people. Staff is helpful and positive. Breakfast is good, especillay free egg options (omlette, fried eggs, etc.) is great.
− Water can be given everyday in the room. Or there can be water dispensers that we can fill our water bottles (this is the application in NH Amsterdam City Center Hotel, we really like it).

Excellent location, staff and accomodations.
10.0Staff was excellent. Room we had was well located and met our needs very well. Loved having coffee in the morning and the bar was very convenient and staffed with very friendly people.
− Disappointed breakfast was an all or nothing affair. would have liked the option to have a coffee.
