Definitely would pay more to stay elsewhere next time.
5.0The waiter/hostess of the restaurant were extremely good at their jobs (we ate at the restaurant twice during our stay). They were friendly (probably the friendliest of people in that entire hotel) and were so patient. The price was good, and you can see the potential of the hotel.
− The girl who checked us in was one of the most unpleasant humans I have ever met in my life. She seemed annoyed with us from the moment we entered the hotel. Then we witnessed I believe she was a manager of sorts snap at another guest who simply asked a question of her (this was all during check in process). Then the first morning there we get a knock on our door from security stating that they had gotten a complaint from the floor below us... We were getting dressed and ready to leave the hotel (it was also 7:00 am) BUT the family that night in the hallway at 9:30 PM with children screaming was just fine and then the last night the group of (it sounded like women) in the hallway that kept leaving and coming back from 9:30-10:30 PM yelling about their hotel room door. They tolerated these teenage (or young adult) girls in the pool who made another couple clearly uncomfortable that they left because they couldn't stop with the swear words (we were in the pool with our 5 year old son) and the inappropriate language outside of the hotel by the same group. But again us walking across the hardwood floor at 7 am getting ready for our day caused security to show up at our door (maybe no hardwood floors if you can't insulate it properly to cover up walking sounds). The shower felt warped and barely drained, the AC made a loud clicking sound before it would kick on and definitely would wake us up.

8.0Overall, a good bang for your buck. The place was just recently renovated so it’s fresh and clean. Staff was pretty nice.
I recommend this place..
9.0Very clean rooms and front desk and housekeeping were very friendly. We kept having problems with our key and front desk always helped immediately with a smile.
− A friend i was with had an accident at the breakfast buffet, and the lady in the front came to help clean it up, and she handled very rudely and with an attitude. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but i wished she would have calmed herself and assessed the situation and did what was supposed to be done. It was just a clumsy accident. Other than that, it was an excellent place with excellent people who worked there. Thanks 😊
Beautiful stay.
10.0The staff are so professional I liked how they responded to every question I had. Problem solvers, so I had booked two rooms and only one room kept appearing but they worked with me patiently until my other room was sorted, to me that stood out.
− I hate that I had to leave the place is awesome I would love to go back next time.
Comfortable stay. Clean and friendly.
8.0It was close to my . It had a bar. Woman bartender was so personable. Staff was responsive and polite.
− Bathroom seemed old with rust stains in tub and toilet was so low. The TV also had no picture but the maintenance man showed us how to fix it.
