Buena ubicación, pero con aspectos importantes que mejorar
5.0* Buena ubicación. * Plaza de aparcamiento asignada, un punto muy cómodo y práctico. * El apartamento tiene buenas dimensiones y resulta espacioso, especialmente la terraza.
− * Presencia de cucarachas en el apartamento. Aunque se trata de una zona de playa donde pueden aparecer con más frecuencia, encontrar dos o tres al día en la cocina y el baño resulta excesivo. Son zonas donde deberían tomarse medidas de prevención y control para evitar este problema. * Falta de mantenimiento en varios elementos del apartamento, como persianas con la cuerda a punto de romperse, cortinas descolgadas y otros detalles que requieren reparación. * La limpieza era bastante mejorable. * La recogida de llaves es poco práctica, ya que hay que desplazarse a otra localidad para recogerlas y entregarlas en lugar de realizar la entrega directamente en el apartamento.

− LA LIMPIEZA. ES INADMISIBLE QUE LA SABANA DE LA CAMA PRINCIPAL ESTÉ CON UNA MANCHA JUSTO EN EL CENTRO DE LA CAMA, SIN COCHA, CON UN CERCO DE HUMEDAD QUE REFLEJA EL INTENTO DE ALGUIEN DE ELIMINAR LA MANCHA DE COLOS MARRON-ROJO, Y QUE EN VEZ DE CAMBIAR LA SABANA POR OTRA LIMPIA LA DEJARAN ASÍ. EL ANFITRION ESTUVO CORRECTO AL DÍA SIGUIENTE PARA SUBSANAR ESTA INCIDENCIA PERO CLARO AL DÍA SIGUIENTE YA NOS GENERO UN COSTE DE LA PRIMERA NOCHE NO REPARADO.

8.0Great location, big terrace, dedicated parking place, washing machine, dishwasher. Just a great place to enjoy Cabo de Palos.
− Apartment needs some more love. What can be improved in the apartment are mosquito nets in windows, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, more mugs/cups (there are not enough for 5 people!), and more wine glasses..
