Great staff..Shane and Heather were exceptional!

− Climbed up to 2nd floor …not a nice experience in a messy staircase steps were not clean..

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast.

− I am handicapped, so it concerned me that there was only one handicapped parking space. And the entry doors did not open automatically.

overall the stay was not bad. for the price

we were there for a softball tournament we stayed from Wed-Sun for the price it was worth it the room was clean but the hotel could use some updates if they take the carpet up it would be a very nice hotel. is was fun to find out that Elvis stayed there. that was pretty cool overall not a bad stay

It was close to the softball fields.

− This property needs to do some major renovations. Very outdated!! The carpet is disgusting from peoples pets peeing on it. The smell of dog pee, mold, & pot is terrible. Couldn’t enjoy the pool with my daughter because of all the riff raff that stays there. The only thing I can say good is the 2 men at the front desk are very nice.

Das Personal an der Rezeption und die Dame beim Frühstück waren freundlich und bemüht.

− Das Frühstück ist qualitativ am unteren US Standard. Dazu werden leider Einweggeschirr benutzt. Die Eismaschine und ihr Standort sind widerlich, viele Ecken sehr unansprechend. Die Schiebetür zum Parkplatz liess sich nur mit grossem Kraftaufwand öffnen.

The location, being right off the highway, is convenient.

− It was dirty, run down, the breakfast was the same thing every day and was never hot, the entire place smelled bad (I can’t quite identify what the smell was). I booked through this site and paid in full. I booked a room with 1 king size bed. Upon arrival, the woman at the desk instead put me in a room with 2 standard beds and insisted she was doing me a favor, even though I was only 1 guest which is why I wanted the 1 king bed which I expressed to this woman. When I checked out, another woman was working the desk this time, so I asked about the price difference in my start versus what I actually booked and paid for. She said she would submit a refund discount of $10 a day through this site for me, due to the room change and explained that they got busy and gave the room to someone else. She told me I would receive an email from Booking.com regarding my refund… I received no email and no refund.
