8.0Location is very good: few steps to a good restaurant, 30 minute drive to Petrified Forest National Park. The sunset view across the street from the hotel was amazing.
− It took 4 times to completely flush the toilet. AC leaked water down to the floor.

It was ok. It's a motel. have to lower your expectations.
7.0I slept well because of the great AC and the blackout curtains. Bed was comfortable and clean. Lots of pillows. They allowed our two little dogs.
− We arrived at 9 pm ahd there were people dumpster diving at the back of the parking lot. Lots of people walking around the parking lot. Made me nervous. My husband was woken up by car alarms going off all night. I slept through it all. Odd characters at breakfast. Also the towels were thin, tiny and worn out.
Great breakfast buffet and outdoor pool but uncomfy bed and little room table.

− The bed was too hard and not comfortable. Also, the main table was really small, which made it hard to play Scrabble easily.
