1.0This hotel last minute cancel our booking. We booked 6 months in advance from Malaysia to Dalat. The pic told us we cancel the hotel ourselves. We did not cancel any button. But when we check our status at booking still confirmed. The status on their own system is cancel. Keep telling us not to report to booking.com. Such a ridiculous reason that told us its the ex staff who handle this. We have no place to stay due to cny peak hour on day 1. Think twice if you want to book this hotel!
