3.0Bed was comfortable, Breakfast and coffee was good
− The bathroom with black mold and a filthy rag around the sink pipes. The shower head falling off the wall, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Air conditioning barely worked. No phone in the room to call the desk, to let them know about the loud people at 230 in the morning whose kids were banging on door and screaming. Dark as night so kept falling into things on the way to the bathroom, no light at all in there to illuminate the way. Location was okay but parking was horrible.
Stay was good, location was good, near family, restaurants and stores.
8.0Bed was very comfortable, good selection of TV channels, close to family and restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

9.0The location and the sense of safety. A lot of contractors seemed to be staying there, so it was clear people were there on business. I even saw an Army service member.
− The room had a damp smell when I walked in, and the sheets felt wet. It improved after I switched the air conditioner to dry mode and let it run for a while. Given the humidity levels, I feel the staff should have had the air conditioners running on dry mode so the room wouldn’t feel damp when guests arrived.

10.0We arrived a bit late & was greeted by Jonathan...he was absolutely wonderful!!! He helped us with the TV which was not working, got us a bath chair & actually showed us ALL the light switches. 😅 Definitely a plus on hospitable!
