10.0Beautiful property, best location, walkable from major transport hub, accessible to Roma termini, Metro station and Bus terminal each. Good room size for a family, the furnishing looks dated but still neat and clean and well maintained. The breakfast is complimentary but limited menu/ variety, still sufficient to start your day.
Lovely hotel in a good location
10.0Great hotel in a convenient location close to the main train and bus station and only 10 minutes walk into the city centre. Lovely marble interior. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Manu on reception and the lovely lady serving breakfast. It was great to have the news channel on a big TV in the breakfast room. Room was adequate, requires a little updating but fine for the price. The only improvement would be a duvet as it was cold at night and the blankets were thin. The luggage store was very convenient on check out day. Overall a really good hotel.
Wonderful time in rome with pleasant people and clean hotel
10.0I know this is not a 5 star hotel but the staff definitely deserve a 5 star rating as does the breakfast which is a continental breakfast. All the staff are welcoming. Rooms and beds made every day with clean towels. Foyer is lovely. Has a lift to your floor and a lift down to breakfast. Hotel was full the whole time we were there. That says plenty.

Well located hotel
8.0We booked the hotel at the last minute. We were really happy with the location and setting. Located in a pretty part of Rome a short stroll from the train station and surrounded by some lovely restaurants. The hotel was a little tired, but the staff were friendly and attentive.
