Our team stayed at Hotel Indigo Harrisburg for a tournament, and I cannot say enough great things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, but the real stars were Cerita and Heidi. We needed help organizing a team dinner, and they truly worked their magic. They helped us secure and set up the conference room, coordinated every detail, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference for our group. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay, but it was the exceptional customer service that made this trip memorable. Cerita and Heidi turned what could have been a logistical challenge into a seamless and enjoyable event for our team. We are so grateful for everything they did and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
