From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, but the real stars were Cerita and Heidi. We needed help organizing a team dinner, and they truly worked their magic. They helped us secure and set up the conference room, coordinated every detail, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference for our group. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay, but it was the exceptional customer service that made this trip memorable. Cerita and Heidi turned what could have been a logistical challenge into a seamless and enjoyable event for our team. We are so grateful for everything they did and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
