3.0Location to venue we were headed to
− The hallway and room smelled musty which made for an uncomfortable stay.
Horrible
1.0The location was fine. We never stayed. We checked in and then checked out.
− It was dirty, the staff were unfriendly barely spoke to us, there was a used deodorant, cap underneath the couch. The bed had a stain on it.
Forgettable, luckily.
5.0Pool was fun for my kids and location was great.
− When we originally checked in, we walked into our room and the room hadn’t yet been turned over. When we arrived back at the check in counter there was no one at the counter so we had to call a separate number to get someone to get us a new room. Overall check in took close to 30 minutes. Pieces of the room were crumbling and coming off the walls.

Check out other hotels nearby, I did for my next visit to Walla Walla. Will not recommend hotel!!!
3.0Not much!
− Room was to be on main floor. Ended up 3rd floor. Large water puddle on the main floor middle exit. Alot of water, had to let check-in counter person know about this or it would not have been taken care of. Someone could have been hurt very badly. The front person did get on it right away to clean it up Manager was not accommodating!!
