10.0Nice, clean hotel for quick stay in Granada. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Very close to train station if traveling by train. If driving, use parking at train station (same as rental car parking). Half the price of underground public parking and very safe. Was 11.50E for 24 hours in 2025. If very lucky, can also use steet parking in blue lines. Need to pay at machine, but even less expensive for 24 hour.

8.0The check in process was straight forward, and the reception staff were helpful. The room allocated didn't have lift access, but we were offered an alternative with lifts, but not a double, but a twin.

8.0Property is in a bit of a no man’s land but the tram is right outside the rooms are big clean and quiet Staff are very friendly and helpful The dining room serves good simple fare overall it feels very retro like stepping back into the 60’s
