Overpriced and old
4.0The lobby has been nicely redone and check in went great. We received 2 free water bottles for being Hilton Honors members. They had free cookies and popsicles for the kids. Our room was disgusting and outdated. I hope the shipping containers behind the hotel mean that they’re redoing the rooms! The bathroom had rust, mildew/mold and water damage. Free breakfast was fine - it was all the same food you find at every other Hampton. For the price I paid, I was very disappointed in the room and would not stay here again until the rooms have been redone.
They should do better
6.0This was my third stay in this hotel and it was a disappointment. The rooms badly need updating; it looked like the lobby and breakfast area were in better shape. My room had worn and torn carpet and suspicious looking black stuff in the corners of the tub. The sink was also dripping nonstop at a rapid rate. I will look elsewhere on my next trip through Beckley.
Clean typical Hampton in breakfast, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel to stay in again
5.0very dated. bathtub filled with water to my ankles while I was showering the ceiling had a crack in. It looked like water damagel I requested Housekeeping service which I never got so they did takeoff one night room right very small crowded area for the breakfast a bit disappointing for Hampton Inn and expensive
