Ottimo soggiorno e cordialità dei gestori
10.0Staff estremamente cordiale e professionale. Hanno gestito con grande efficienza un piccolo problema al condizionatore, risolvendolo in tempi rapidi. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto il gesto di offrirci un giorno di soggiorno gratuito come compensazione. Un'attenzione al cliente davvero rara.

9.0Struttura vicina alla spiaggia, molto accogliente e moderna. Personale gentilissimo.
− Purtroppo abbiamo dormito un po’ male perché durante la notte venivamo svegliati da dei rumori di porte sbattute troppo forte. Non è colpa dell’hotel in sé, ma credo che gli altri ospiti debbano stare un po’ più attenti ed evitare ciò.

6.0Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, die sehr hilfsbereit waren, trotz Verständnis Probleme wegen Sprache hatten.
− Die Lage selbst, sowohl auch die Ortschaft Ligurien. Nur eine Promenadenstadt. Frechheit für Strand wir liegen und Sonnenschein Eintritt zu verlangen. Bei der Buchung nicht wirklich erklärt ob Strand dazu gehört oder nicht. Parken war eine Katastrophe, für das man pro Tag 10 Euro verlangt hat. Der Weg zum Parkplatz war etwa vom Hotel zu Fuß 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt. Gastronomie außerhalb sehr schlimm. Überteuerte Preise und eine reine abzocke der Touristen.
