5.0Zimmer waren soweit in Ordnung, sauber und klimatisiert. Die Anbindung an ein Italienisches Restaurant war komfortabel, Reservierungen sind zwingend erfolgreich!
− Frühstück ist für eine vier Sterne Hotel eine Katastrophe, Speisen standen bei 25 Grad Celsius aufwärts ungekühlt auf der Anrichte. Die Auswahl war sehr dürftig, kein Brot vorhanden, pampiger Wurstaufschnitt, geschmackloser Käseaufschnitt aus der Discounter-Verpackung, winzige Brötchen und noch dazu aufgebackenen, Servicepersonal kaum anwesend, keine Möglichkeit Spiegeleier zu bekommen, Besteck war nicht ausreichend vorhanden, ein Kaffeeautomat mit einfachen Getränken usw. einfach unzureichend!
Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.
