All good, but in the future I’ll request a room away from stairwells.

− Our room was right next to an exit door and stairwell. So the noise from the bus loads of kids yelling, laughing, and running up and down the stairs was hard to ignore when trying to sleep.

8.0Breakfast was okay. Wish it had more variety of fresh fruit or bakery items. The staff did wonderful on keeping it well cleaned and stocked. For the food it did have, it was great. Waffles as always were a hit. The pool and hot tub were incredible. Loved having that available as well as the sitting area outside. My favorite part was checking in and I believe her name was barb, was absolutely the best. She gave us recommendations for food and activities as well as schedules for things going on. She was a true gem.
− The hotel only has one elevator which was cause quiet the wait. We did have a small issue with the toilet not wanting to flush but it was handled within an hour of us letting the hotel know.
My stay was comfortable and they made my little girls day it was her birthday and they gave her a birthday card
10.0I like how everything was so close and easy to get to and the staff was amazing and personable front desk and housekeeping were a 10/10

10.0Very clean, nice welcoming and helpful staff, great location, convenient store/gift shop on site, nicely decorated pool area (the toys in the water and towels setup on the tables were a nice touch)
− Game room musty and moldy smelling, one of our tvs didn’t work (was missing a cable) but we didn’t use it anyway so it was fine
