6.0It was very nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
− The chain was missing from the door, so we felt less than secure. The fan in the bathroom screeched loudly.

4.0− Room was very hot. Air conditioner was not on and it took about 8 hours to get to an appropriate temperature.

− Other occupants are sometimes loud and unruly, but the owner is always certain to separate my room from those.
OK for a night stay.
5.0It was semi affordable. The rooms were clean and the staff were accommodating.
− There was not much for amenities. The rooms are very dated the outside of the building was very dirty. The back side of the building was very creepy with homeless folks all around and was were GPS takes you.

3.0Liked the location. The cleaning ladies were kind and polite.
− The faucet in the sink was almost impossible to turn on. The tub would not drain. The toilet is not firm on the floor. The curtains are frayed with threads hanging. Windows dirty. We were overcharged for needing the ground floor. The fridge froze food.
Only person at check-in was wife. Then no one at front desk.
