4.0Staff was not helpful. Internet does not work on all devices (echo-show). Bathroom sink and tub were backed up with water sitting in sink and tub while in use. Toilet seat was about to slide off the toilet while sitting. Room phone did not work. Not a good experience at all. For what we paid for the room, it was way overpriced!! 😕👎

6.0The room seemed clean, dirty carpet, mold that had been sprayed and turned pink on the walls under bathroom sink. I paid for 2 queen beds but was given 2 full in a handicapped room.
