1.0− Arrivati alla struttura non riuscivamo a recuperare la chiave della stanza dalla key box. Dopo vari tentativi abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura per avere assistenza. Non hanno mai risposto alle numerose chiamate, abbiamo ricevuto solo risposte ai messaggi Whatsapp con vari consigli su come trovare le chiavi. Alla fine, dopo quasi un'ora riceviamo un messaggio in cui ci comunicano che la nostra stanza in realtà non era più disponibile. Fortunatamente l'assistenza di Booking ha trovato rapidamente un altro alloggio nelle vicinanze.

8.0The property was located in a good location, the room was quite big and comfortable. It was nice to have AC and the breakfast was also very nice.
− The only thing I would say that was not great was the speed of the Wifi.

− Der var en slem larm om natten. Evt fra en aircondition inde ved naboen. Morgenmaden var ikke klar til den oplyste tid, og der var ikke oplyst hvor vi kunne finde morgenmaden.
