Resort is inside the Tea garden. Access road is very narrow. Every time you have depend on the resort staffs for arrangement of vehicles. Staffs were very nice.

− They were earning commission from the Rental drivers. When we felt like the price was little bit on the higher side and tried to reduce the rate, instead supporting the guests resort manager started to defend the rental driver.

Located in midst of a tea garden, the resort and the architecture blends well with the surrounding. The staff friendly and duty conscious. Designed with a swimming pool, a fairly well equipped Gym and a Billiards Room which the residents can use at their convenience. The quality of the food served on the table was good including the quantity. The location of the Restaurant in the dugout is a brilliant idea. All said and done it was an enjoyable jaunt in the midst of nature and a secured habitat.

− A mini Garbage dump next to the property entrance is an eyesore. Once removed will enhance the asthetic value of the property.

Lovely place within the greens.

The ambience and the helpful staff. Felt like home.

− Issues with electricity. Of and on power cuts and also long hours at night. The gen sets cannot keep up with it.

Property was atleast 2-3 kilometres inside from the main road. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room however had some challenges like - the bathroom as soon as I opened had stench even though it was clean, the mica of the furniture was coming off (dressing table and near bed), the mirror of the dressing table was old and needed repolishing done, Dustbin in the cabin was steel type (had rust in bottom). The electrical connections of television were not made and was out in open. My 2 days stay costing nearly 100$ along with meals, with all those things made it average. The only thing that made it worthwhile was staff. I would have rated it lower had they been not so supportive and caring. Cuz otherwise it felt overpriced for the room.

Location is beautiful.countryside is quiet.Teagardens and village life. You can walk around in the village area.

− The hotel allows parties it seems.One night it was very noisy. Because we requested, the noise stopped at 11 pm. Booking.com says no pre-payment. After booking, you get harressed by numerous emails and whats apps from the hotel itself to pre pay.With apologies and all. So simply change your policy on line and let people book and pay without al the haressment! We got messages like, if you dont pay within.....we will cancel your booking. Not nice!
