− The location of the hotel is right by the interstate so it was very noisy all night very hard to rest.

− Negative first impression based on the attitude of the girl who checked us in. This was the first time that we weren’t met with a smile and warm welcome :(

− It was super loud all night, there was loud music and motorcycles doing laps around the parking lot. One of the WORST sleeps I have ever had at a hotel. This kind of behavior should have been addressed. This was completely unacceptable, we are unlikely to pick this place again just because of this.
