8.0Stipt om 16:00 kregen we de code voor het sleutel kastje. De accommodatie ligt precies langs een gondel en het appartement ligt binnen loopafstand van alle restaurants en uitgaangelegenheid in Saalbach.

9.0Once you had the key code accessing the apartment was very easy.
− While the apartment in Saalbach offers a delightful stay, it does present a logistical challenge for early arrivals. We found ourselves waiting outside for three hours, as the cleaning process was still underway upon our arrival at 1pm. Although we understand the necessity of thorough cleaning, the lack of a designated area to store our luggage during this time was inconvenient. Adding to the frustration is the fact that the cleaning had been completed earlier in the day before we actually arrived and it was only the checking process that held up the key release. This meant that we were unable to freely explore the charming town in the afternoon, as we were encumbered by our luggage and ski equipment. A simple solution to this issue could be the provision of a secure storage area for guests’ belongings. Implementing this change would greatly enhance the guest experience, elevating the apartment to a perfect score of 10/10. As it stands, the current situation can cause unnecessary delays and inconvenience for guests eager to start their vacation. This would not stop me from renting the apartment again but I mention it so that you are prepared when you arrive.

Please note that the prepayment will be charged from the credit card directly after booking, the rest of the price within cancellation policy. Please note that two days before arrival a security deposit in the amount of EUR 75, per person and stay will be charged on the credit card provided. In case of damage the credit card will be charged in the amount of the damage sum. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned to the same credit card within 7 days after departure. The credit card must be valid, otherwise a check-in is not possible. A security deposit in cash is also not possible. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
