− The beds were a little hard and the ice machine on our third level did not work.

− The air conditioner in our room was leaking had the entire floor on that side wet! The smell of the room smelled unclean. Beds where super hard the elevator needs to be serviced bad

In town to attend my niece's high school graduation.
10.0The room was located on the first floor, away from the elevator. The room was handicapped accessible as requested. There were ample pillows on the bed.
− There was a wedding taking place in the meeting room. Some of the guests were in the room (105?), and for both nights, they slammed the door to their room every time they entered and exited their room. It was not an issue until I went to bed, and the constant door slamming woke me up several times each night.
