− Room with no windows, felt very claustrophobic and no fresh air. Plus we were upstairs from the restaurant, so very noisy in the morning.

10.0They are very professional and ocomidating. We stayed an extra day in Sapa and they were able to adjust our stay. Thier communication is very good and thier English was spot on. It's got very good food choices and coffee places around the area
