Basically, the staff was incredible, the hotel was a complete nasty experience.
1.0The staff - the front desk lady was just the sweetest person. She was understanding and apologetic for the awful state of the hotel, pool, and room. I cannot believe how loving and patient she was. SHE WAS AMAZING.
− There were roaches and other bugs all over our room, ketchup/blood stains on carpet, drapes, bedspreads. HAIR everywhere. Clumps of it... not just some strands here and there. Fake lashes. Food. Droppings. Nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Facilities were not kept up. Chipped/peeling paint, mold/mildew and questionable smells lurked. The pool was green ... GREEN... like it hasn't been cleaned in months including floating trash, hair, and "other" debris. The hot tub water was actually clean but surrounding area getting to the hot tub was not. Just so completely disgusting. **WE DID NOT STAY OVERNIGHT.
