5.0− reception is not open 24/7 so i cant get money back for my key card
I enjoy my stayed, the staff were friendly and helpful.
8.0Oblique can try to team up with food chain to provide breakfast. This need guest to order 1 day in advance. Oblique will not have to invest food outlet for the time being.
− - The main door lockset was poor need to improve. Suggest change all door thickness to 50mm and with bottom door drop seal. - Toilet flexible water pipe rusty, suggest change to good quality stainless steel. - Room floor tile change to bigger tile , example 600x600 or 900x900mm in matt finished. Keep it simple. - The lighting colour suggest change to cool white 3000K instead of pure white. - Shower hose was a bit too short. - Wall and RC beam surface need to skim coat flat and smooth. - Concealed all electrical wire inside conduit. - Room need to install sprinkler and smoke detector. - Fire Alarm system to be install for safety reason.
