− The breakfast can be improved
A great place to stay to explore NYC.
9.0The beds were really comfortable and the showers were great. Lovely decor and it was good to go out on to the terrace. We enjoyed the continental breakfast.
− The surly receptionist who checked us in. We were too early to get in to our room & had asked in advance if we could leave our luggage and come back after 3. My 10 year old granddaughter asked where the bags would be stored and was told in a room. My granddaughter was anxious about leaving her bag which contained her tablet and other items and asked again where they would be stored. The receptionist was extremely rude in her reply. It was a relief when we arrived back at 3 to find a different receptionist who was very welcoming.
Perfectly adequate, would stay again with the same rate.
9.0The location is fine, good for people attending shows or dining out. It is not an art or shopping area.
− Shampoo not refilled. A little loud, noises from hallway were quite clearly heard.

10.0Amazing hideaway on Restaurant Row. Great staff and wonderful ambiance and facilities. We even got a complimentary upgrade. Would love to stay here again.
− Breakfast offerings were good (continental) but we would have liked more protein options and hot options. Stairs to our suite were very narrow and a little tricky but we got assistance with bags.

9.0Cet hôtel est idéal pour passer quelques nuits dans la « grosse pomme » ! L’emplacement est parfait, et le personnel est adorable, accueillant et très arrangeant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à New York !
