8.0The staff were very friendly (the bar man/ manager was really helpful and friendly).
− Very hot rooms, TV way too big for the size of the room it was actually something to avoid when going to the bathroom. We booked an early checkin and phoned ahead to confirm but this wasn't communicated to the manager but was basically sorted out.

10.0Breakfast was fantastic, evening meal also. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The fans in the room were a life saver (36 degree heatwave!) Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Would stay again

8.0Well located and good to have the restaurant available for evening meal and breakfast -staff were very helpful and pleasant
− Room was small and although the breakfast was very good the pricing was confusing since we weren’t aware of what we were entitled to and the menus were misleading which meant we had to pay extra

− I had paid for breakfast with the room bit the breakfast staff didn't know what that entitled me to have. Next time I would book room only
