9.0Everything about the apartment itself as a facility. Cozy apartment, nice location, Billa nearby, parking, quiet. But no restaurants close, at least 15 min to walk
− Service during check-in. Incorrect instructions from service. We were looking for 2 keychain rings, but there was only one. The apartment had no signs, the operator didn't know the number so I had to try the key to several apartments located on the left. We got the message that there was no laundry, but there was one on the -1 floor, 50 cents for 30 minutes of washing, and a drying machine for free. We were asked to sort the garbage, but had no idea how to, as there was no list or any other help.
