Poor service, not clean, not recommended.

The property was reasonably priced, given Mt Buller is a very expensive place on a big, popular weekend.

− No service - there is no way to get in touch with the Property staff or management. I sent a message regarding the issues below and have not yet received a reply (2 days later). Access is awkward, you must use your phone as the key and only 1 person in the group can have that key on the phone. Could so easily ruin your day. Common area not clean - the oven had a cake of food left in it (see picture) which smoked out the area when used. I had to clean it myself to use the food I had already purchased (which needed an oven). The property has no wifi (or the password is not shared) and the TV in the common area doesn’t have a remote.

A perfect stay with outstanding hospitality, excellent cleanliness, and a fantastic location. Highly recommended!

The property was exceptionally clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff were incredibly respectful, professional, The location is excellent, close to everything, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. Even the housekeeping staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Amazing mountain terrible room

I liked that it had nice people staying as well and that it had lockers

− The driveway to get up was so dangerous such a steep drive way with ice that everyone staying kept slipping, there was such a late check in for such an early check out. The room had a bathroom with a window with no curtain that could directly be seen by a window on the other side and anyone on the ground. The bed had long black hair all over it so clearly hadn’t been cleaned. And it wasn’t even a queen or double bed like we asked, just two singles pushed together. And they never mentioned in the ad that it was a share house And this wasn’t just us who didn’t know. First before anything please fix the driveway it’s an accident waiting to happen I have seen the other driveways and this is the worst one to get up to.

Comfortable space, good location, not the best check in process.

Good location in the village, walking distance from lifts and village centre. Comfortable space.

− Check in process for two rooms and four guests left a bit to be desired, we only got the digital keys sent to one phone along with the ability to access one room which wasn't ours. TV remote was missing from our room and it was to get the room warm. Queen bed was two singles pushed together.

The location was close to the centre

− The sheets were dirty and housekeeping had to change them, that took 2 hours after our check in time of waiting for them to tidy up. The cleanliness of the room was average there were hairs in the bathrooms, the shower drains are slow so water overflows.

Tidy lil room with a nice tv and bathroom area and a also really cosy and clean shared area

I like the location , it was close to all the shops and restaurants! And it also had a great view

− I didn’t like how they didn’t clean under the bed and in the bathroom people could look in at us , definitely need to add a blind in the bathroom window
