Very poor attitude by Turisol who appear to have no interest in problem solving or helping customers
1.0− The property was misrepresented when advertised as there was no toilet door on the main bathroom -right opposite the front door. The agents (Turisol) told us it had been broken 10 days earlier but made no effort to replace it and were very offhand when we complained as if it was our fault. After much discussion they accepted liability but only gave us a measly 40 euros as "compensation"
