− It wasn’t particularly clean on arrival. None of the remotes for tv worked. Not enough cutlery. No bins in the bathrooms.

1.0Location. Views from window. Spacious apartment.
− Poor maintenance, broken furniture, broken fridge, wine fridge, freezer, window catches, no window keys to unlock, warped floors, doors sticking, light bulbs missing, insufficient cutlery, glasses and crockery. Cleaning incomplete with mops and brushes all left out. Filthy dishwasher and freezer. No hand towels, no tea towels, toilet rolls, oven glove. Shower head and toilet seat broken in bedroom. Toilet roll left on the toilet brush a son toilet roll holders. Sofa leg off so couldn't be sat on. Panels off wall in dining room. Skirting board off wall in bedroom. Loose handles on shower. Shower trap in pieces. Permanent 24 hour Fire watch on building due to cladding and containment issues. We spent hours on the phone to the agent, waiting in for maintenance.
Stunning view, let down by the agency
7.0-The location and view was deffinatly the highlight, absolutely stunning - Beds where really comfortable - Very spacious property and clean.
− - The agency who manage the property where shocking. We had a 2hr delay in getting our keys which delayed our evening plans. After calling through once and being told the key was with the cleaners and to come back, we then came back after 1hr to find no keys. We then proceeded to wait 45mins on hold to then speak to the same gentleman who kept changing his story, key was with the cleaners, then they were driving and would be 10mins and then he couldn't get hold of them. We had plans in the evening so it was really frustrating and I didnt feel confident that I was being told the correct information. Eventually the keys did arrive. - The property is beautiful but there was quite a few maintance issues. Some windows not working, fridge in the kitchen did not work and would not close once open. Skirting board was warped in one of the rooms. The master room wardrobe had water underneath the floor boards and at times the property smelt like bad sewage or draining issues. Overall it was perfect for what we needed as a group and I would stay again, as long as the agency confirmed the key would be there upon arrival!
