Mittelmäßig. Lage sehr gut . Preis Leistung , zumindest zur Fashion Week passt nicht .
6.0Die Lage .
− Die Putzdame leider sehr unfreundlich. Nachdem unser Zimmer um 15:30 Uhr ( hatten das Hotel um 9:00 Uhr verlassen) immer noch nicht gereinigt war, baten wir um 2 Duschhandtücher. Sie war nicht in der Lage uns diese zu geben . Nachdem wir an der Rezeption anriefen brachte man uns welche . Im Café des Hotels war man nicht in der Lage uns um 16:00 Uhr 1 Portion Pommes zu servieren. Sie seien „aus“ gewesen . 5 min später hatten wir frischen Pommes Geruch in der Luft .

7.0Proximity to the metro and cafe’s
− The room was exceptionally small. Their chrome cast function did not work neither did the heated towel rack. We called the front desk to let them know but they were not able to fix the problem. Some of our items were thrown in the garbage… my Hermes box from my bracelet and my shower cap.

10.0Location was amazing, Hotel was absolutely beautiful! The front desk was so helpful. It was a quick stay and he gave great tips on what we would do in one night. Breakfast the next day was lovely. Highly recommend!

7.0La posizione dell’albergo è davvero fenomenale, comoda e strategica. La camera era ben strutturata, confortevole e funzionale. Un particolare apprezzamento va allo staff del concierge, sempre molto gentile e disponibile.
− A parte la posizione, che è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura, purtroppo non posso dire che l’hotel rispecchi pienamente gli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un 5 stelle. In particolare, la pulizia della camera potrebbe essere migliorata: abbiamo trovato bicchieri sporchi e della polvere sotto l’armadio. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato piuttosto limitati i servizi offerti per una struttura di questa categoria: la sera non è disponibile un ristorante e l’hotel non dispone né di una spa né di una palestra. Nel complesso, la posizione è davvero eccellente e la camera era ben strutturata, ma considerando la categoria dell’hotel ci aspettavamo una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e una gamma di servizi più completa.
