1.0They are in fremont and have laundry facilities.
− DO NOT BOOK here! The manager was rude and refused to answer booking.com and waive the refund fee. I had booked twice and only required one room. I used and paid for one room. I've been trying to get a refund from booking.com and this hotel for over a month. DO NOT USE BOOKING.com

1.0They had laundry facilities
− I know Fremont has only a few choices to choose from. Choose elsewhere. I made two reservations by mistake and they would not refund my money. It was done through booking.com and they would not respond to booking.com emails for waiver of the refund fee. They said "I'm a smart girl who made this reservation, figure it out" I've been on the phone with booking.com and they told me the hotel refuses to waive the fee. Not only was the hotel manager rude, the room was not nice.
