− The door leading directly outside had trouble accepting the room card to get back in. It regularly took 5-10 tries to get the door to work.

2.0The location was suitable and the beds comfortable, although there were small stains on my sheet.
− The receptionist acted disinterested, the toilet paper roll and tissues were low (there were three tissues in the box), and the TV remote didn’t work properly (we ended up watching movies on our phones). One of the waffle makers was broken, and there was no sign so it made for an uncomfortable moment for the lady ahead of me. I paid as much as I would have paid for a hotel down the road which we investigated and it was much nicer.
