В целом плюсов намного больше , чем минусов . И думаю все исправят .
8.0Очень отзывчивый и вежливый персонал , который отвечает очень быстро . Хорошее местоположение .Все необходимое рядом . Цена вне сезон очень адекватная . В квартире было все необходимое , полотенца , чистая свежая постель , посуда , оливковое масло , соль , сахар , кофе .
− Рекомендация заменить или хорошо очистить душевую систему , впечатление , что ее давно не мыли . В номере без проветривания в течении нескольких часов появляется сильный запах канализации , возможно освежитель воздуха или ароматизатор спасет ситуацию . Скатерть на столе вся подраная и липкая , рекомендую ее заменить . Также не было туалетной бумаги совсем . Это все не категорично , но исправив это , вы будете получать найлучшие отзывы.
Emplacement idéal et terrasse pleine de charme
10.0Appartement idéalement situé au cœur d’Ortigia, à proximité d’un parking et de toutes les commodités. La terrasse est un vrai atout : parfaite pour profiter des petits déjeuners et repas au soleil dans une cour calme et pleine de charme. L’hôte a partagé d’excellentes recommandations, notamment de très bons restaurants. Nous recommandons vivement !

− La poco funzionalità della cucina per mancanza di strumenti essenziali. La doccia si riempie di acqua e va via lentamente. La mancanza della connessione Internet visto che le reti mobili non prendono.
