9.0direi tutto molto carino, camere larghe e confortevoli e un terrazzino esterno coperto con vista panoramica sui tetti della città e sulla costa siciliana, si è quasi al quarto livello ( 3 piani con un piccolo ascensore/montacarichi lento ma funzionante) più un pianto rialzato per scendere in strada, è senz'altro da 10 come voto, ma ho dato 9,00 per via della colazione.......magari con 10 euro in più la si può rendere più variegata. camere pulite e rassettate tutti giorni. fornite di condizionatore e 2 televisioni una in camera e la seconda in terrazzo, fermata dei bus a 100 mt. e il lungomare di Reggio a 300 mt. mentre la stazione dei treni è a circa 1km, molto comoda per andare a Scilla.
− penso che la colazione sia solo il piccolo neo della struttura, in quanto non viene servita nella guesthouse ma in un bel bar a 100mt. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, ma purtroppo non c'è possibilità molta di scelta caffè o cappuccino e una a scelta tra le enormi e variegate briosche.

8.0Petit déjeuner dans un bar. Petit déjeuner limité à un café et un cornetto (il faut payer pour plus), mais belle vue d'une terrasse dans le centre. Appartement bien situé, assez propre.
− L'aménagement est un peu vieillot mais suffisant pour une nuit "fonctionnelle". Quelques problèmes comme une armoire qui a une lumière intérieure qui reste allumée tout le temps (interrupteur cassé), un vieux frigidaire qui fait beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit, ou un troisième étage avec un ascenseur très lent et vieux (ou à pied), le tout un peu sombre mais calme.
