10.0Struttura dove c'ero già stato e riconfermo tutto, in particolare con tre aggettivi: accogliente, pulita e comoda. Aggiungerei in posizione strategica perché a due passi dalla Stazione Centrale, dal centro (sia storico sia commerciale) della Città e dal kilometro più bello d'Italia, alias Lungomare. Percorrendo tutto Corso Garibaldi, in dieci minuti a piedi si è al Museo Archeologico di Reggio Calabria (Bronzi di Riace), passando nel frattempo davanti al Duomo, al Teatro Cilea, alla Pinacoteca Civica e agli splendidi palazzi presenti. Il bagno è dotato di doccia e bidet (per me essenziale) e la camera dispone di aria condizionata e frigo bar (due bottigliette di acqua a disposizione). Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, tabacchi, bar, farmacie e un ufficio postale. Non bisogna dimenticare la bellezza della cornice storica e architettonica del palazzo in cui si trova. Oltre a tutto questo metteteci pure la cordialità, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del propietario e della deliziosa signora che governa la camera. Insomma, super consigliato in tutto e per tutto.

10.0Luigi (The host) was great, he waited for us to register after registration time (at 00:00) and was very nice, advice us where we can eat and where to go at this time. If you are flying late - be ready to walk from airport to the center of the city about 40 minutes, but for us it was like a mini-quest and it was nice.

− The key to front entry did not work. Thankfully host could let us in remotely, but had to do each time we wanted to enter and we were relient on him. Based on the bent key left from another guest.
A perfect place to stay.
9.0What a great place to stay. Right in the heart of the city. A very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And a lift to the fourth floor!
