1.0Could not sleep with my wife beds are very small.
− Reserved a king size room. Was put in a twin bedroom. Went to the front desk asking for a change and got nothing
Terrible didn’t sleep at all
1.0Absolutely nothing this was the worse hotel. Booking.com should not even list this as an option. The staff was not nice the room itself was terrible. Sticky floors smelled of vomit and cigarettes and had drugs dealer standing outside. Had bed bugs. Had plastic bag covering the smoke detector.
Kind of what I expected for the price
5.0The front desk staff was polite and friendly. The hotel was in a great location for everything we were there to do. The refrigerators worked well and kept the drinks cold. Hot water was hot.
− The rooms were not very clean. Cobwebs hung from the corners of the ceiling. The towels had questionable stains and hair on them. The room was very damp and when it rained, water came in through the window and we had to get a towel to stop it from getting on the air conditioner. The bed was mediocre and the pillows were lumpy. The smoking outside the entrance was annoying.
