1.0The bed was comfortable and the girl in the night shift was nice.
− We had many problems in this place and I can’t believe it has even one good review. Or at least in the past was a good place but now it’s not. The first room we went it had a problem with the sink (it was loosing water), and even the pressure when we tried to take a shower was really low, almost no water. The next day we complained about the problem and the supervisor told us it will be fixed by the time we came. At night, when we came back, the floor was still flooded. We went to complain, again, and it turns out that we didn’t leave them the keys so they couldn’t fix it. At any point we were told we have to leave the keys there. So the lady apologized and change us the room. We thought our problems were done but it was far from reality. We got inside and we realize the bed was full of hairs, not ours, obviously. Also there was dust on the floor, more hairs and the water in the shower was not working at all. But the worst thing was the toilet, it was dirty in the inside too. Disgusting. I hope the boss of this place reads this and do something about it if he really cares about future guests. My experience here was disappointing and I don’t recommend this place at all.
