− Unfortunately, I booked a 7-day stay through Booking.com, and it was the worst and most miserable experience of my life. I stayed in this dilapidated hotel, and from the moment I entered my room, I found it indescribably filthy. When I informed the cleaning person, he cleaned a little, but he was unfriendly. Then began the psychological torture of the sheer number of insects, such as cockroaches, ants, and bedbugs. I cleaned thoroughly myself and even bought a lightbulb because the room light was broken and the air conditioner wasn't cooling. I complained repeatedly, but to no avail. The cleaning person would go into the service room and pretend to increase the cooling in the only central air conditioner serving many floors and rooms. This same person would turn off the broken air conditioner every day at 5:00 AM. As for the insects, they came from everywhere, especially from under the bed. I lifted the bed to check, and the disaster was when I saw a mountain of dirt that had probably accumulated for years and a huge number of insects in the wooden base of the bed frame. I documented everything with photos. I suffered many insect bites that caused me physical and psychological pain. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone stay in this dilapidated hotel.
