2.0The evening reception employee was great.
− The couch in the room was dirty. Had white stuff all over it. The microwave didn't work. The refrigerator froze my food. I was not able to pay cash for something out of the case at the desk. Breakfast was chaos. I gave up trying to find the coffee. When taking a shower the bathtub was not draining. The entire bottom floor hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.
Decent stay.
7.0My room was a good size with a nice leather recliner and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, nice selection but not too many healthy options like fruit or yogurt, that I saw anyway. Location is on a busy road so can't walk anywhere. Overall, it was a decent stay.
− The pool in the lobby was a little strange. Breakfast is also in the lobby and one day I left early, came back around 12:30 and it still hadn't been cleaned, there was food all over the tables and floor.
