Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms.
9.0It is a beautiful hotel, very unique. The rooms are spacious & clean and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant/bar on site is exceptional. The location is perfect and we could walk to all of the places we planned to visit. We loved styaing here and will plan future stays.
− The parking was tight but it is in the heart of Arnolds Park so there is not a lot of room for parking. We had asked for early check in and were told we could do so but our rooms were not ready when we stopped to check in. There was a wedding party there so I assume they were pretty busy.
Walls have no sound barriers
6.0Location within walking distance to the lakes and eating establishments
− We have stayed here in the past 3rd floor no issues with privacy and was quite. But the room we stayed in last night on 2nd floor facing pool. The walls are so thin you might be advised that your personal activities can be heard no sound barriers and not a restful night 😞

7.0The location was good for this weekend Nice hotel
− Booking. Com charged me on the 14th on my credit card , hotel didn't think they paid and now have pending charges from hotel. Talk to there manager of hotel acted like he didn't know how to fix until he looked into it more. The water in shower was luke warm. Also no housekeeping this weekend. Would like more outlets and lighting in hotel rooms
It was ok. Nothing special about this hotel.
