− The bed sheets were a little old and probably need replacing (end of main season?), but everything else was great.....this minor point did NOT detract from our stay

8.0The location was great, there was everything you could need in a holiday flat. A quiet location but just a walking distance to local shops and beach which just enough. Ideal location to explore the island. Bus stop outside number which could take you to Ryde or Sandown. Parking was great for a family car. Beds were comfortable.Lovely little place.Would book again .
− If I am being picky, the bedroom carpet was full of stains and neededs a clean or a new one. Some of the soap holders/ towel rails were rusty, the doormat probably needed a wash or a new one. The stair carpet needed a clean. There was no airer so we could not pop swimming stuff outside to dry rather than use a tumble drier personal preference. Also loads of phone cables/ cables and lots of peices of china which maybe too much for a family with small children.
House is well equipped, beautifully prepared and the location is excellent.
