10.0I've stayed here before and it was perfect for my trip to sightsee downtown. Construction going on this time and the entrance can be difficult to find. It's not a fancy place, but it's safe, comfortable and inexpensive.

2.0The worst place I have ever stayed at, every surface smells of old smoke, dirty, cigarette burns everywhere, noisy. You can hear everything the walls are paper thin. The lighting is terrible and I had cockroaches in my bathroom
