Disappointed!!

− Not but 2 carts for 4 floors. Ridiculous as one of them was awful!! Had asked for housekeeping every day (only 3 days). The ladies did a great job on Saturday!! Came back from church and a gospel singing to no service and absolutely NO carts. Never did get one (after an hour wait). We finally used the wheelchair. We also did not like the bathroom shower with only one door. No matter what you do, the water gets all over the floor. We are both in our late 70's and it was scary! Had to use a hand towel in the shower floor to keep from falling! The desk lamp was burned out. Left them a note. Then today we were awaken at 8:30 a.m. with a hotel-wide FIRE ALARM!!! The manager did make it right by giving us a discount. We had stayed at a Townplace in Calhoun, Ga in December and January and it was fabulous! Not so this one!!!
