4.0− There we're no water in the shower. Also after agreeing on late check out, they touched my stuff and move it outside because of new occupants. In all cases I was willing to pay the late check out and the handler agreed they will not touch my stuff, but to the surprise they move my stuff and put it outside. The staff apologies at the end and seems no missing items, but still a terrible experience.

4.0The room I was assigned wasn't the type I booked; it was a completely wooden house in another courtyard, and it was extremely noisy. The room type I booked was different; there were no vacancies and they didn't notify me in advance. They just put me in another room.

9.0logement bien situé , pas loin de la ville. Le logement est sympa. Ils commandent le petit dejeuner sur demande. Les hotes sont tres accueillants et proposent aussi leurs services pour visiter l ile.
