Susana - this lovely detached holiday property in Moraira♡

Love Moraira as a location but unlikely to return to Susana.

A pretty villa on the outskirts of Moraira. The interior of the villa is well appointed, well furnished, comfy beds and good shower. The kitchen is well equipped but looks at little tired. The outside area had sufficient furniture although we were charged for ‘damage’ to a sunbed which was beyond our control as the material was perished, fraying and not fit for purpose. The swimming pool was beautiful and well maintained. The villa is described as pet friendly but we would say it is not pet secure on the rear boundaries and a small dog (poodle size) can get through the gate.

− Having an approximate £50 deducted from our deposit for a sunbed failing when sat on once!

A lovely spot in Moraira

Very comfortable villa the pool and outside area was great specially as we were traveling with two dogs. Nice view from the terrace. Light bright living area and comfortable beds. The bathroom was dated but workable and plenty of hot water and good water pressure. About 5 minutes by car to Moraira town.

− The kitchen was very small. The land around the pool is covered in stones, did not effect us but if you use the pool you need shoes to walk to the sunbeds

we went for a rest but wished had looked round for something more comfortable.

it was secluded, quiet, very clean and a lovely pool.

− OUTSIDE by the pool there was no patio only stones, no cushions for the sun loungers 2 of the lights on the Naja didn’t work INSIDE, the sofas had throws which smelled of cigarette smoke as did the house and I had to buy some air freshners, In the kitchen the coffee machine didn’t work well, cutlery would bend when you used it obviously cheap. main bedrooms only had a wardrobe which was filled with a radiator, large fan, vacuum, ironing board and iron. minimal hanging space 2nd bedroom ok Bathroom shower tray had a lot of black mold in it.
