10.0We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent. We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it. The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers. Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream. She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus.

10.0I I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, and the overall ambiance was very welcoming. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and always ready to assist with a smile. The on-site restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food, catering to different tastes and preferences. The entertainment options were also very enjoyable and added great value to the stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience
