10.0Amazing service, food and facilities. Highly recommended. Only observation is that the treadmills in the gym don't seem to work continuously. They conk out after a few minutes. Overall, though - excellent experience before a long international journey. Really helped me to relax and rejuvenate before traveling.

4.0There was mosquitoes all over the place. The toilet was dirty, room service didnt provide enough towels. i asked to have a additional bed 1night they said it was 1545rs which was fine but charged 4930rs at the end. but the food service team was ex excellent.
